📋 Description

• Create comprehensive project plans by outlining the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Develop intricate work breakdown structures (WBS) and project schedules, ensuring they align with business goals and client expectations.

• Efficiently and effectively allocate resources, including team members, budgets, and technology assets.

• Monitor resource utilization and implement necessary adjustments to achieve project objectives.

• Utilize your technical expertise to grasp project requirements, technical challenges, and development processes.

• Collaborate with technical teams to make well-informed decisions and offer guidance on technical project components.

• Recognize project risks and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Actively manage risks to reduce their impact on project timelines and deliverables.

• Maintain transparent and open communication with project stakeholders, such as clients, team members, and senior management.

• Provide consistent updates on project status, challenges, and progress.

• Efficiently handle project scope changes by assessing their impact, securing necessary approvals, and modifying project plans as required.

• Create and uphold project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and other pertinent materials.

• Identify applicable RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs.

• Prepare, submit, and oversee tender documents in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Develop persuasive and detailed proposals to obtain government contracts.

• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, cultivating a collaborative and productive work atmosphere.

• Offer guidance and support to team members to help them perform at their best.

• Plan the release of project deliverables and manage the release lifecycle.

• Coordinate the release schedule and resources needed, accounting for third-party applications, defect backlogs, planned releases, and infrastructure updates.

• Identify risks that may delay releases and manage them to ensure the scope, schedule, and quality are not compromised.

• Monitor progress and identify issues, continuously seeking to enhance the release process.

• Ensure releases are organized according to requirements and budget.

• Schedule release readiness reviews prior to deployment and milestone reviews after each release.

• Create implementation and deployment plans in line with the release schedule.

• Provide weekly updates regarding release activities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 8-10 years in project management with a focus on government tenders and projects.

• Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is essential.

• Project Management: Skilled in planning, initiating, executing, monitoring, and closing projects.

• Tendering and Proposal Writing: Proficient in tendering processes and proposal development.

• Contract Management: Experienced in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts.

• Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Competent in managing vendor relationships and stakeholder communications.

• Financial Management: Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Risk Management: Adept at identifying and mitigating project risks.

• Regulatory Compliance: Extensive knowledge of government regulations and compliance necessities.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in project management software and familiar with e-Governance initiatives.

• Leadership and Team Management: Strong skills in leadership and team management.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of deliverables.

• Customer Orientation: Committed to meeting and surpassing client expectations.

• Ability to comprehend RFP/tender requirements and submit proposals accordingly.
