Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of daily project delivery and execution.

• Collaborate with internal developers, designers, QA specialists, and external vendors.

• Monitor tasks, dependencies, milestones, and delivery commitments across all project streams.

• Ensure stakeholders receive prompt updates and that risks are identified early.

• Foster accountability and follow-up throughout the entire project team.

• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and planning artifacts.

• Work closely with production and leadership teams to meet deadlines and quality objectives.

• Identify process inefficiencies and continuously enhance project workflows.

• Serve as the central communication hub for all project participants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Project Management within the game development sector.

• Strong grasp of game production pipelines and delivery methodologies.

• Experience in poker, casino, social casino, or iGaming projects.

• Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including external vendors and remote teams.

• Exceptional organizational skills and follow-up capabilities.

• Ability to proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, driving them to resolution.

• Familiarity with project planning and tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, or similar).

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise.

• Capacity to maintain structure and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
