Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee IT projects and software initiatives

• Lead multidisciplinary teams and implement software projects

• Manage multiple projects or programs concurrently

• Effectively handle clients and stakeholders

• Supervise personnel

• Coordinate system integrations

• Work with CI/CD processes and possess general DevOps knowledge

• Apply methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Waterfall, and PMI

• Utilize Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project for project management

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Higher Education

• Advanced proficiency in English

• PMI certification

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and implementing software projects

• Experience in EC Payroll projects (desirable)

• Proven track record in managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously and engaging with stakeholders

• Experience in personnel administration

• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Experience in software project management

• Familiarity with system integration

• General understanding of DevOps

• Experience with CI/CD processes

• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience with methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Waterfall, and PMI

• Knowledge of SAFe (desirable)

• Availability for remote work in Mexico
