• **Key Responsibilities**

• Systems Implementation & Management

• - Configure and enhance project management tools like Jira, Linear, or Notion

• - Establish and uphold a centralized repository for all workflows and projects

• **Execution & Accountability**

• - Foster accountability among teams to guarantee the timely completion of tasks

• - Actively follow up on delays and eliminate obstacles

• **Sprint Management & Planning**

• - Oversee daily standups and weekly sprint cycles

• - Anticipate potential risks and plan proactively to prevent disruptions

• **Operational Oversight**

• - Supervise communication channels to ensure smooth task progression

• - Detect inefficiencies and apply process enhancements

• **Meeting Coordination & Reporting**

• - Participate in team meetings, document clear action items, and ensure completion

• - Monitor and report on progress across various initiatives

• - Demonstrated experience in early-stage or rapidly growing tech startups

• - Adaptable in fast-paced, uncertain environments

• **Systems & Tools Expertise**

• - Extensive experience with project management software (Jira, Linear, Notion, Asana, etc.)

• - Strong grasp of Agile practices and sprint methodologies

• **Leadership & Communication**

• - Capability to lead cross-functional teams and uphold accountability

• - Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• **Problem-Solving Mindset**

• - Extremely proactive, execution-oriented, and detail-focused

• - Strong capability to identify bottlenecks and independently adjust workflows
