This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee 4–5 ongoing deals at any given time, following a continuous 60-day closing cycle.
• Act as the main point of contact for sellers throughout the entire transaction process.
• Provide regular status updates, request documentation, and issue closing notifications.
• Manage seller expectations and proactively address any issues that arise.
• Coordinate all communications and reporting that involve clients.
• Prepare and present reports on deal milestones.
• Send client notifications at essential stages of the deal.
• Elevate significant issues to the TAAS Director.
• Collaborate with the Senior Data Integration & Automation Manager to submit and monitor data transformation requests for each transaction.
• Keep precise records of deals, timelines, and status logs within the team's project management system.
• Engage in team process enhancements while developing and improving automation tools.
• Contribute to the onboarding documentation as the team continues to grow.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or operations, leading complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across various entities simultaneously.
• 3+ years of experience at a prestigious consulting firm with delivery of client-facing engagement.
• 3+ years of experience in environments focused on rollup, tuck-in, or platform acquisitions.
• Proficiency in operational patterns, organizational structures, and integration challenges related to scaling through mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong background in data management, with hands-on experience managing sensitive, high-volume records across different systems and structures.
• Proven ability to standardize, migrate, and reconcile data sets during organizational integration or transition phases.
• Exposure to developing or refining operational playbooks and SOPs in the context of scaling or integrating newly acquired entities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear professional correspondence for clients.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving organizational structures, systems, and processes.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of community association management, HOA operations, or property management is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Annual base salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000.
• Performance bonus of 8–10% each year.
