This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and oversee project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables across ERP, HCM, and OCI workstreams.
• Ensure alignment of scope and requirements with the capabilities of Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, EBS, and OCI in collaboration with solution architects and technical leads.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including logs, RAID/RTM materials, agendas, and testing repositories.
• Assist in onboarding, project setup, and adherence to PMO templates and public sector protocols.
• Act as the primary daily contact for client communications, including public sector agency stakeholders.
• Manage expectations regarding timelines, deliverables, risks, and change requests.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and distribute agendas and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate efforts among functional, technical, infrastructure, and QA team members across various workstreams.
• Support alignment between onshore and offshore teams and resolve any blockers or conflicts.
• Oversee project budgets, burn rates, staffing updates, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Monitor risks, issues, action items, mitigation discussions, escalations, and change control processes.
• Organize SIT, UAT, testing documentation, test cases, logs, and approval processes.
• Assist in cutover planning, go-live execution, and ensure readiness post-go-live.
• Provide project status updates utilizing R/Y/G indicators and necessary client reports.
• Ensure adherence to Highstreet methodology and participate in internal QA/PMO checkpoints.
• Enhance post-go-live handoff processes and document lessons learned.
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, IT, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project management, specifically within ERP, HCM, or cloud/on-premises infrastructure implementations.
• Experience in reviewing or supporting functional design documents, process flows, or accounting mappings.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and MS Project.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams across cloud and legacy environments.
• Capability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Preferred: experience with OCI, ERP systems, reporting systems, and web applications.
• Preferred: experience in supporting public sector clients or engagements with government agencies.
• Preferred: familiarity with PMO governance, RAID management, and change control processes.
• PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is a plus.
