This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

• Oversee the complete execution of creative and production projects—from initiation to final delivery.

• Establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with various teams.

• Ensure that all components align to achieve client objectives and meet internal standards.

• Facilitate communication among creative, media, production, and strategy teams.

• Maintain open communication, eliminate obstacles, and align priorities.

• Develop, monitor, and manage comprehensive project schedules.

• Ensure accountability for deadlines while preserving the quality of creative output.

• Assist Account Executives and Production Leads in keeping clients informed about progress.

• Recognize bottlenecks, apply tools, and enhance cross-departmental systems.

• 3–6 years of experience in project management or production coordination (preferably in an agency or creative setting).

• Passionate about timelines, attention to detail, and efficient execution.

• Proficient at developing scalable, repeatable systems.

• Experienced with project management software (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or Notion).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).

• Clear, concise, and confident in delivering updates or addressing issues.

• You excel in dynamic environments and can manage competing priorities with ease.
