Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.

📋 Description

• Oversee critical technology projects from inception to completion.

• Manage timelines, milestones, deliverables, and related documentation.

• Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, Operations, and Events.

• Identify and eliminate obstacles to sustain project momentum.

• Lead the RFP process when necessary, evaluating proposals and assisting with vendor selection.

• Manage external vendors and technology partners, ensuring they adhere to agreed deliverables and timelines.

• Proactively identify and address risks, dependencies, and changes in project scope.

• Provide leadership with clear updates on progress, milestones, risks, and subsequent steps.

• Establish and uphold consistent project management processes and documentation standards.

• Enhance workflows, inter-team collaboration, and resource efficiency.

• Ensure alignment of projects with the organization’s strategic objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of professional experience.

• Previous experience in a project management or client success position is essential.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in project management tools is mandatory.

• Familiarity with Monday.com would be a plus.

• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented focus.

• Understanding of RFP processes, technology integrations, or enterprise platforms is advantageous.

• PMP or an equivalent project management certification is a valuable asset.

• Ability to work independently and maintain accountability in a remote work setting.
