Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee project activities across various workstreams, ensuring that timelines, dependencies, and deliverables stay on course.

• Assist Project Managers and the PMO by maintaining organized processes, templates, and reporting standards.

• Create and refresh dashboards in Excel and PowerPoint, guaranteeing the accuracy and transparency of project data.

• Track risks and issues, proactively identifying potential delays and facilitating mitigation planning.

• Manage communication between global, regional, and local teams.

• Organize cross-functional contributions for product launches, new market entries, and retail infrastructure projects.

• Ensure the quality of documentation, version control, and appropriate archiving of project materials.

• Aid in commercial marketing execution by coordinating campaign assets, timelines, and in-store activation materials.

• Collaborate with key business areas such as Brand Retail, Brand Content, CX, B2B deployment, GBS deployment, and Commercial Planners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

• Contribute to GTR business objectives by supporting initiatives that enhance commercial performance and retail excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project management support roles.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in project management tools, Excel reporting, and PowerPoint dashboards.

• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple streams concurrently and identify risks early on.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A proactive, solution-focused approach and a high level of accountability.

• Experience collaborating with commercial marketing, retail, content, or commercial planning teams is a significant advantage.

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international settings.

• Very good command of English.

• Availability to work within a flexible time frame (6:00–17:00) to support Asia-based projects when necessary.
