This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary liaison for the institution's project manager/coordinator.
• Tasked with fostering a reliable client relationship by defining project priorities, resource requirements, availability, and timelines.
• Responsible for initiating weekly check-ins with both internal and external team members to ensure deadlines are met.
• Proactively identify and resolve obstacles that could hinder project success.
• Oversee the complete project delivery process, including planning, scoping, scheduling, and managing project resources.
• Lead internal and client project teams, ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Seek out opportunities to enhance internal processes, while maintaining implementation guides and tools that support the team's efficiency.
• Update stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and executive management, on project progress and status.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed.
• Provide comprehensive project management for the HelioCampus platform implementation, which includes developing and maintaining a project plan, meeting notes, status reports, issue logs, and other project documentation.
• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and adhere to quality standards.
• Cultivate a strong technical understanding of HelioCampus analytics and assessment products to facilitate platform implementations and train client power users.
• Lead power user training sessions in collaboration with other teams during the implementation process.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant project management experience.
• Exceptional communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Experience with higher education clients, possessing a thorough understanding of the higher education landscape, data requirements, and/or assessment practices.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to manage intricate projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and stringent deadlines.
• Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and manage project teams.
