Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive deployment of tailored workforce solutions.

• Establish trustworthy relationships with client stakeholders.

• Define clear expectations and ensure ongoing communication.

• Act as the main point of contact during the implementation phase.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve timely and within-scope results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MSP or workforce solutions.

• Knowledge of VMS/ATS platforms.

• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

• Strong sense of ownership; proactive and self-motivated.

• Analytical mindset for effective problem-solving.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Experienced in managing and interpreting data sets.

• Proficient in MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
