This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Oversee the complete process of retail store openings and renovations.

• Collaborate with internal teams, design partners, property owners, contractors, and suppliers.

• Guarantee that projects are completed on schedule, within the allocated budget, and adhere to brand guidelines.

• Organize and implement exhibitions, pop-up events, and brand activations.

• Supervise relationships with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

• Monitor timelines, budgets, approvals, and all project documentation.

• Recognize potential risks and apply solutions to ensure seamless execution.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in retail project management, store development, or brand activations.

• Preferred background in luxury, premium retail, or lifestyle brands.

• Demonstrated experience in store fit-outs, event management, and vendor coordination.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple projects across different locations.

• Degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, business, or a related field.

• Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and retail design coordination.

• Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional local languages required.

• Willingness to travel frequently (40–50%).

• Occasional travel to Köping, Sweden.
