Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Support the Company in surpassing the expectations of both new and existing customers from the initial concept through to delivery and installation.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their specific projects and ongoing business needs.

• Oversee all facets of project delivery, including managing project scope and adjustments to deliverables while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

• Provide leadership to the team through establishing priorities, making decisions, and solving problems.

• Address project-related issues and delays to minimize client impact and guarantee timely execution.

• Negotiate changes or trade-offs to project scope or delivery timelines with clients based on deliverables, contingencies, and established acceptance criteria.

• Clarify the effects of changes to project scope or objectives to clients and management to ensure that modifications are understood and approved.

• Assess and suggest improvements to processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or Information Systems is preferred.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant project management experience.

• Strong problem-solving abilities; capable of analyzing information to make swift and effective independent decisions.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Experience in negotiating resources and deliverables within a matrix organization.

• PMP certification is considered an asset.
