Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee multiple customer projects at once, with varying degrees of size and complexity.

• Lead virtual, cross-functional project teams that span Service Delivery, Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, and Product.

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, managing all communication related to projects.

• Conduct regular internal and external project calls, which include weekly status reviews and monthly meetings with customers.

• Create and maintain essential documentation, such as Project Initiation Documents and status reports.

• Monitor progress using project management tools (e.g., MS Project), while managing risks, issues, dependencies, and change control.

• Oversee financial governance, including cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Ensure that quality standards are upheld through regular gate reviews and continuous enhancement of delivery practices.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering complex projects within a service delivery or technology-focused environment.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, with a proven ability to work directly with customers.

• Experience in managing budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams.

• A structured and proactive approach, complemented by excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Experience in telecommunications, networking, or managed services (preferred).

• Familiarity with formal project management methodologies (preferred).
