Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete project delivery throughout the entire lifecycle.

• Strategically plan, structure, and implement projects utilizing suitable delivery methodologies.

• Evaluate project performance using established KPIs and metrics.

• Develop and maintain robust client relationships.

• Ensure a clear comprehension of business requirements by working closely with stakeholders.

• Assemble and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams that are aligned with project objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of project management experience within the software development sector.

• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of at least one Fixed Price engagement, encompassing scoping, estimation, execution, change control, and margin accountability.

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and various other delivery methodologies.

• Practical experience in gathering, documenting, refining, prioritizing, and validating requirements directly with client stakeholders.

• A solid understanding of business analysis techniques.

• Strong skills in project delivery and financial management.

• Experience supporting pre-sales activities.

• Proven capability to manage stakeholders at various levels.

• Proficiency in commonly used project and delivery management tools.

• Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher.
