This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the effective implementation and enhancement of customer projects from start to finish.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success—to ensure clarity on project scope and deliverables.
• Serve as a primary contact for customer stakeholders, ensuring proactive communication and managing expectations throughout the project duration.
• Recognize and address risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate and resolve as necessary.
• Monitor project performance against established goals and provide regular status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance evaluations, and readiness assessments; ensure defects are prioritized and addressed to meet exit criteria.
• Lead change management efforts: training strategies, stakeholder updates, SOP revisions, and post-launch support.
• Oversee contracts/SOWs, baselines, and change requests; monitor budget burn rates, invoicing milestones, and profitability.
• Identify and alleviate delivery risks and cross-program dependencies; escalate issues with proposed solutions and recommendations.
• Implement project management methodologies and best practices to enhance process efficiency and uniformity across the Customer Experience organization.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
• Several years of project management experience in executing enterprise SaaS implementations (preferably within the energy or utility sector).
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities with a focus on detail.
• Knowledge of interconnection processes and terminology (such as queue management, system impact/facilities studies, DER integration, and distribution load connection).
• Proficient in project management tools: Jira/Confluence (or their equivalents), MS Project/Smartsheet, Google Workspace, and collaboration platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable delivering presentations to both executive and technical audiences.
• Capable of converting complex policy/engineering requirements into actionable strategies; strong inclination towards structured problem-solving and documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, achieving results on time and within defined scope.
