This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Project Planning and Management: Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. Oversee all stages of project development, from initiation through to closure.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for both clients and internal teams. Ensure effective and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently coordinate and distribute resources to guarantee project success. Monitor and oversee the performance of the project team.
• Risk Management: Recognize potential project risks and formulate mitigation strategies. Track project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables adhere to the highest quality standards. Implement quality control measures and review processes.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain thorough project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and project plans. Provide consistent updates to stakeholders regarding project progress.
• Team Collaboration: Promote a collaborative environment and work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience in project management, ideally within a marketing or advertising agency.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
