This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of educational initiatives, which includes digital, virtual, and instructor-led materials.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, learning program managers, and vendors to bring educational concepts into fruition.
• Create and uphold comprehensive project plans, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and risk logs.
• Facilitate coordination among designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), vendors, and leadership.
• Lead working group meetings and design reviews alongside instructional designers, SMEs, and vendors.
• Ensure that requirements are clearly articulated and validated before the design and development phases.
• Serve as a reliable partner—educating stakeholders on the processes and best practices of learning design.
• Ensure that deliverables align with the agreed-upon acceptance criteria, instructional standards, and design limitations.
• Provide regular status updates, identify risks early, and celebrate achievements.
• Collect feedback, pinpoint areas for improvement, and propose enhancements to processes.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 4 years of project or program management experience, ideally in educational or creative settings.
• Experience in overseeing the creation of learning solutions across various formats.
• Strong capability to manage tight timelines with precision and attention to detail.
• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize efficiently and handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and providing structure to intricate work.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to influence others without direct authority.
• A collaborative and relationship-focused approach to teamwork.
• An advanced degree or professional certification in relevant fields is preferred.
• Deliver Learning That Develops People and Leaders.
• Support the design and delivery of impactful Leadership and Professional Development learning programs.
• Manage traditional L&D training development projects.
• Ensure that learning experiences are provided on schedule and with consistent quality.
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Celebrate successes.
• Support production roadmaps and vendor coordination.
