Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Participate in developing the roadmap. Assess who is overloaded and who has the capacity, which teams can handle tasks, and which should be deferred until next month.

• Facilitate development coordination. Stay informed about ongoing projects, the team members involved, identify bottlenecks, and recognize any missing elements.

• Oversee adherence to the plan, evaluate individual performance, and ensure commitments are met. Identify recurring process challenges and implement improvements.

• Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking teams and American colleagues. Respond to inquiries regarding timelines and obstacles to progress. Assist in eliminating these obstacles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

• A technical background is essential — you should have an understanding of web services, and be familiar with terms such as JS, TS, UML, JSON, and similar acronyms. Previous experience as a developer is necessary.

• Proficient in report creation and capable of writing simple scripts for data analysis. Familiarity with Google Sheets and SQL is important.

• Excellent organizational skills are required.

• Ability to compose lengthy yet clear documents and effectively coordinate teamwork.

• Proficiency in English at a C1 level: you should be comfortable finding words and discussing any technical topics with confidence.
