Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee client implementation projects from the initial stages to final delivery.

• Ensure that projects are finished on schedule, within the defined scope, and budget while preserving client satisfaction.

• Manage small to medium-sized clients throughout complete implementations and launches.

• Create project plans, timelines, and resource distribution.

• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Oversee implementation tasks, including data migration, product training, and rollout strategies for organizations.

• Configure software as necessary.

• Maintain a minimum productivity level of 70%.

• Track project progress, recognize risks, and apply mitigation strategies.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.

• Conduct status meetings and deliver prompt project updates.

• Ensure that deliverables meet established quality standards and fulfill client expectations.

• Enhance implementation processes and methodologies.

• Provide training to clients on product and implementation setups, either onsite or virtually.

• Conduct software testing, manage implementation maintenance, provide remote and onsite training, and offer general support for facilities management software applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise applications.

• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.

• Familiarity with CMMS is preferred.

• Knowledge of Regulatory Agency Standards (NFPA, Joint Commission) is an advantage.

• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including Users, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product Management.

• Demonstrated capability to keep multiple projects on track simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to prioritize and manage support requests across various projects while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.

• PMP or a similar certification is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Jira, and Smartsheet.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to grow in the role, learn new technologies, and support all facets of FSI’s service offerings.

• Openness to travel is required.

• Authorization to work in the United States is necessary.

• Capability to work in the United States without needing current or future sponsorship.
