This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Oversee comprehensive implementation projects, guiding them from the initial kickoff stage through to go-live and the transition to Customer Support.
• Develop thorough project plans, timelines, and resource allocations tailored to customer specifications.
• Collaborate with internal technical resources, consultants, and customer stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Track project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide clear and consistent status updates for both customers and internal teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and discussions to gather requirements.
• Articulate technical concepts in a straightforward, business-oriented manner.
• Manage customer expectations, project scope, and priorities to ensure alignment throughout the duration of the project.
• Confirm that configured solutions align with customer business needs and adhere to best practices.
• Work closely with solution architects, technical consultants, and engineering teams to eliminate obstacles.
• Supervise data migration, integrations, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure that projects adhere to established implementation methodologies and quality standards.
• Relay customer feedback and insights to Sales, Product, and support teams for ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Digital Transformation during pre-sales phases for project scoping, estimating, and proposal crafting.
• 3–7+ years of experience in project management, preferably within SaaS, software implementation, or IT services.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS delivery models, data migration, integrations, and cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a high-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
• Preferred qualifications include PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications.
• Previous experience in a Professional Services or Customer Success environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with API integrations and data mapping concepts.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS solutions (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRIS, security, analytics).
