Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing patient experience, service quality, and operational efficiency.

• Define the scope of projects, establish success metrics, and set timelines that are in line with service, quality, and cost goals.

• Manage the complete project lifecycle, which includes planning, execution, and performance monitoring.

• Perform root cause analyses on patient escalations and convert findings into organized improvement initiatives.

• Formulate and execute corrective action plans that yield measurable outcomes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, technician, and operational teams to guarantee alignment and successful execution.

• Set up and oversee KPIs related to service, quality, and operational performance.

• Propel ongoing improvement efforts in patient engagement processes.

• Assist in the creation of standardized workflows, training methods, and processes for handling escalations.

• Ensure effective communication regarding project results, including insights and recommendations.

• Monitor the adoption and sustainability of improvements that have been implemented.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma/GED is mandatory.

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred.

• A college degree is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in patient engagement, call center operations, or healthcare service delivery.

• Demonstrated experience in leading projects aimed at service enhancement or process optimization.

• Familiarity with root cause analysis, KPI development, and performance management frameworks.
