Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develops and implements project work plans, adapting as necessary to meet evolving needs and requirements.

• Determines required resources and delegates specific responsibilities to team members.

• Oversees the daily operational elements of a project and its scope.

• Reviews team deliverables prior to submission to the client.

• Effectively utilizes our methodology and upholds project standards.

• Prepares for engagement evaluations and quality assurance processes.

• Reduces potential risks and exposure associated with the project.

• Ensures that project documentation is thorough, up-to-date, and properly archived.

• Monitors and reports on team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.

• Assesses project profitability, revenue, and margins.

• Establishes and manages client expectations.

• Cultivates long-lasting relationships with client personnel to strengthen client connections.

• Communicates effectively with clients to understand their needs and assess alternative business solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• PMP certification is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s Degree and five or more years of experience in Project Management, particularly with large-scale technical software implementation.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time for client engagements and project implementation activities.

• Facilitates effective meetings with both the team and clients.

• Conducts regular status meetings with the project team.

• Communicates relevant project information to superiors effectively.

• Delivers engaging, informative, and well-structured presentations.

• Addresses and/or escalates issues promptly.

• Possesses a general understanding of application programming, database, and system design.

• Demonstrates the ability to analyze complex issues and devise suitable solutions.
