This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of OMS+ implementation projects, from initial planning to go-live.

• Manage internal initiatives that advance strategic objectives and enhance operational processes.

• Collaborate with clients to establish project scope, timelines, budgets, and success criteria.

• Lead project teams, coordinate resources, and ensure timely completion of milestones.

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining alignment and proactively resolving issues.

• Utilize SAP SD expertise to guarantee design, configuration, and solution alignment.

• Track and report on project progress, risks, and performance using tools such as Jira and Tempo.

• Assist in the creation of SOWs as needed.

• Consistently contribute to enhancing project methodologies, documentation, and best practices.

• Ensure cross-functional collaboration by aligning Product, Development, and Delivery teams to achieve project goals and meet customer expectations.

• Manage activities following go-live, including defect resolution, prioritization of enhancements, and coordination of updates to maintain client satisfaction and system performance.

• Facilitate a smooth transition for customers from the Delivery team to the AMS (Application Management Services) team, ensuring effective knowledge transfer, documentation, and support readiness.

• Provide weekly internal status updates that highlight significant achievements, track project metrics, outline forthcoming tasks, and summarize active risks and issues to maintain transparency and alignment.

• Develop and showcase an understanding of the customer’s business, how OMS+ products will deliver value, and collaborate with all project resources to ensure the team is focused on successful delivery.

• Monitor and report on key project budget metrics at least once a month, including comparing actual hours worked against the budget and re-forecasting hours as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in project delivery, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.

• Proven success in managing SAP-related enterprise software projects.

• Comprehensive knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies for large-scale SAP ERP projects.

• Familiarity with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes.

• Strong project management skills, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource control.

• Exceptional communication, client management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with Jira or similar project tracking tools.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Preferred qualifications: SAP SD certification and/or PMP certification, or equivalent experience.

• Knowledge of Project Management and/or SAP Activate methodologies.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, or SAP Analytics Cloud.

• Industry-specific knowledge in wholesale distribution, logistics, or retail.
