This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Project Manager (PM) acts as the main liaison between the Contractor and the Government, responsible for comprehensive contract management, performance oversight, staffing, quality assurance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• The PM offers strategic leadership and operational guidance to a multidisciplinary team that supports program operations, grants management, customer service, data management, analytics, workflow automation, and reporting tasks across various locations and stakeholder organizations.
• The PM is accountable for the successful implementation of all contract requirements while ensuring alignment with Government priorities, program goals, and performance standards.
• The PM manages daily operations, coordinates teams spread across different locations, oversees contract deliverables, and actively seeks out opportunities to enhance efficiency, service delivery, and data-driven decision-making.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
• At least ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in managing large-scale federal and state programs and contracts.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience supervising multidisciplinary teams in support of complex operational, technical, or programmatic initiatives.
• Experience in supporting large federal civilian agencies, grant-making organizations, or intricate regulatory programs.
• Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar contracts that involve multiple task areas, stakeholders, and personnel spread across different locations.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting federal grants programs, program management offices, customer service operations, business operations, or extensive administrative support initiatives.
• Evidence of leading strategic planning, performance management, quality assurance, risk management, and process improvement activities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience in presenting to executive leadership and Government stakeholders.
