Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and timelines.

• Ensure clear documentation and maintain consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify and implement enhancements to operational processes.

• Supervise multiple teams to ensure project goals are achieved and outcomes are delivered.

• Work with internal sponsors and cross-functional teams to align resource requirements and plan project execution.

• Manage program and project teams to maximize return on investment, coordinating cross-project initiatives to ensure alignment and progress.

• Identify essential requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.

• Oversee project scope and timelines, and manage project-related budgets where applicable.

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.

• Generate clear and timely reports on project status, results, and lessons learned.

• Encourage collaboration and accountability across global, cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a formal Project Manager role, leading cross-functional projects using established project management methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems.

• Strong organizational skills and experience in stakeholder management.

• Proven track record of driving projects from initiation to completion in a fast-paced global setting.

• Independent, innovative, and proactive individual who takes ownership and thrives on problem-solving.

• Proficient in building relationships and fostering alignment among diverse stakeholders in a cross-functional or matrixed environment.

• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and flexible in adapting to changing priorities.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of shifting focus between the big picture and specific details.

• Ability to operate effectively with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• Possess a great sense of humor and enjoy creating a fun work atmosphere.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
