Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and timelines.

• Ensure clear documentation and maintain consistent communication throughout the project's lifecycle.

• Identify and implement improvements in operational processes.

• Supervise multiple teams to ensure that project goals are achieved and results are delivered.

• Work with internal sponsors and cross-functional teams to align resource needs and plan for project execution.

• Manage program and project teams to enhance return on investment and coordinate initiatives across projects to ensure alignment and progress.

• Identify essential requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.

• Oversee project scope and timelines, including project-related budgets where applicable.

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.

• Generate clear and timely reports on project status, outcomes, and insights gained.

• Promote collaboration and accountability among global, cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a formal Project Manager position, steering cross-functional projects utilizing standard project management methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems.

• Strong organizational skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Proven track record of driving projects from inception to completion in a dynamic global setting.

• Independent, creative, and proactive individual who takes ownership and thrives on addressing challenges.

• Proficient in building relationships and achieving alignment among diverse stakeholders in a cross-functional and matrixed environment.

• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.

• Analytical and detail-oriented with a data-driven approach, able to switch between the big picture and finer details.

• Capable of functioning effectively with flexibility in a fast-paced, ever-evolving team environment.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• A great sense of humor and a passion for having fun at work.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
