This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Organize initial meetings to define the scope of the project.
• Identify project format and the agencies involved.
• Work towards tight deadlines while establishing appropriate internal expectations.
• Collaborate closely with collections teams on intricate collection matters.
• Conduct and engage in custodian interviews.
• Team up with the Review Manager to ensure that review workstreams are effectively managed.
• Collaborate with the eDiscovery Technologist to ensure the correct application of Predictive Coding.
• Monitor all data processes from collection through to production, ensuring detailed reconciliation in line with company Standard Operating Procedures.
• Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures.
• Advise clients on eDiscovery workflows, project planning, database configuration, and industry best practices.
• Proactively outline project workflows and requirements with clients.
• Manage client expectations through thorough status updates and reporting.
• Ensure proactive communication with clients and serve as a point of escalation for client issues.
• Input requirements into the workflow system.
• Monitor internal progress to guarantee that timelines and budget constraints are met.
• Advocate for client needs internally, ensuring clarity on deadlines, scope, and expectations.
• Provide regular updates on progress during and following client kickoff meetings.
• Identify, address, and document internal processes to enhance efficiency and client effectiveness.
• Collect client requirements and convey clear work instructions to Operations.
• Offer guidance, instruction, and work direction to Operations for ongoing projects.
• Showcase and present KLDiscovery solutions to both existing and potential clients.
• Conduct on-site visits to clients as necessary.
• Stay updated on eDiscovery industry trends, company products, services, and technologies.
• Develop a working knowledge of the company's hosted review products.
• Enhance client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients to establish best practices and manage prioritization issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• In-depth understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry.
• Specific experience in managing antitrust or other regulatory matters successfully.
• Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong client relationship skills with the ability to proactively manage expectations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Over 3 years of experience in project management, consulting, litigation support, or paralegal roles within a top-tier law firm, consulting firm, or vendor.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Solid knowledge of database design and management, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Flexibility to work regular evenings and weekends as required by project timelines and business needs.
• Participation in a regular weekend on-call rotation.
• Must be eligible to work without visa sponsorship.
• Opportunity to work remotely from home.
• Base salary of up to $125,000 annually.
• Monthly bonus potential.
