This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Effectively oversee the complete delivery of multiple simultaneous eDiscovery projects, managing all stages from initiation and planning to execution, review, and final delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within defined scope, and adhere to quality and compliance standards.
• Function as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams, offering knowledgeable guidance that supports strategic decision-making and fosters long-term relationships.
• Leverage strong technical and procedural expertise in eDiscovery along with robust project management skills to achieve efficient, defensible, and client-oriented results.
• Deliver comprehensive and timely communications to KLDiscovery clients, ensuring that project status is clearly understood at all levels of the client organization.
• Provide suitable work directions to all internal KLDiscovery personnel tasked with executing the project.
• Act as a liaison between internal KLDiscovery staff and KLDiscovery’s clients to ensure successful project completion.
• Organize project meetings and facilitate internal communication among KLDiscovery staff to guarantee projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Implement all necessary processes and procedures to ensure accurate revenue forecasting and invoicing for client projects.
• Collaborate with sales to assist in project planning and ensure cost-effective scoping.
• Generate project-specific reports as required by clients and internal stakeholders.
• Cultivate relationships with relevant client representatives.
• Perform effectively under pressure as part of a small, diverse, and dedicated team of professionals.
• 1 – 3 years of experience in eDiscovery project management within a fast-paced, client-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent eDiscovery projects from initiation to completion in a dynamic environment.
• Capacity to establish long-term trust with clients through exceptional delivery and outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Profound understanding of the stages within the Electronic Discovery Reference Model.
• Strong knowledge of data management, analytics, processing, and hosting as it pertains to eDiscovery project management and best practices.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations, including FRCP, GDPR, and other compliance frameworks.
• Practical experience with eDiscovery tools and platforms.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, promoting open communication and solution-oriented conflict resolution.
• Strong capability to work independently; proactively identifies and proposes solutions; confident decision-maker.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Technical proficiency and understanding of financial aspects.
• A university degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• RCA (Relativity Certified Administrator) certification is an asset.
• Availability for after-hours and weekend work as required.
• Regional travel may be necessary based on business requirements.
