Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for managing the scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle.

• Supervising and executing project management tasks on all client site initiatives, including budgets and scopes.

• Offering guidance to a diverse range of internal and external team members.

• Daily responsibilities encompass project communications, scheduling, creating task lists for technicians, and overseeing deliverables.

• Coordinating and communicating all activities to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and accurately.

• Ensures consistent and effective communication among stakeholders.

• Provides and/or directs both technical and administrative support to project team members.

• Conducts field verification of potential work sites and documents any issues encountered.

• Coordinates all drawings and documentation among internal and external stakeholders.

• Facilitates and directs design reviews while coordinating all system programming and final system checkouts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction trades and settings or in Electronic Security Systems (ESS).

• Strong technical skills with a proven ability to quickly grasp new technologies.

• Experience in a client-facing position, showcasing a pleasant and professional demeanor.

• A comprehensive understanding of PMP methodologies and best practices.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time is necessary.

• Must hold a valid driver’s license in their state of residence.
