Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate collaboration among teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Manage client relationships and maintain communication throughout all project phases.

• Lead a fully remote team, focusing on their training and overall productivity.

• Well-acquainted with Agile methodologies, taking on the role of scrum master.

• Guarantee that all projects are completed on schedule and within defined scope.

• Define project scopes and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.

• Ensure the availability and proper allocation of resources.

• Create a detailed project plan to monitor progress effectively.

• Implement suitable verification techniques to manage alterations in project scope and schedule.

• Evaluate project performance through the use of appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

• Provide reports and escalate issues to management as necessary.

• Conduct risk management to mitigate potential project risks.

• Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Actively contribute to and drive organizational initiatives and objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering.

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

• Minimum of 4 years’ background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis.

• At least 3 years of practical development experience.

• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana, VersionOne, MS Office, etc.

• Strong technical background, with knowledge or hands-on experience in software development, cloud technologies, and web technologies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Analytics background is a plus.

• Proven experience as a project administrator within the information technology sector.

• PMP / PRINCE II certification is advantageous.
