This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Deliver project management services for Netsuite, utilizing Asana as the main task management tool.

• Ensure client satisfaction and project success across various metrics.

• Lead consultancy projects for ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM applications at major strategic clients.

• Create integrated project plans and engage in establishing, monitoring, and integrating project efforts.

• Negotiate changes to programs and projects, overseeing their implementation.

• Concentrate on providing solutions within the Enterprise Applications business unit.

• Customize project management methodologies to suit the project’s type and size, employing techniques such as Agile and Waterfall.

• Manage project budgets and initiate necessary adjustments.

• Monitor and manage project changes through structured change control processes.

• Contribute to the standards, processes, and tools of the Datavail PMO for ongoing improvement.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Project/Program Management or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• At least 4 years of experience managing ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM projects within a cloud or on-premises setting.

• Proven ability to lead globally sourced project teams, as we operate under a global delivery model.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical, or a related discipline.

• Over 15 years of experience in professional services, leading projects for both external and internal clients.

• Experience with PMP or Agile implementation methodologies.
