Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle for various client engagements, encompassing security monitoring, vulnerability management, SOC onboarding, professional services, and incident response deployments.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and clear expectations throughout the project duration.

• Create comprehensive project plans that align with client needs, cybersecurity best practices, and managed service offerings.

• Guarantee timely delivery of cybersecurity solutions, including Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and other managed security services.

• Collaborate with the Security Operations Center (SOC) team and other technical resources to facilitate seamless onboarding and integration of security solutions.

• Identify potential project risks related to client environments, security tools, or compliance needs, and proactively work to mitigate these risks.

• Monitor and manage project scope, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to clients and internal leadership.

• Work in partnership with sales, technical, and operations teams to scope and deliver projects that fulfill or surpass client expectations.

• Promote continuous improvement by applying lessons learned from client engagements and enhancing project delivery methodologies.

• Ensure all client projects comply with industry security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) and internal service level agreements (SLAs).

• Lead and manage client projects involving Microsoft technologies, focusing primarily on Microsoft Azure and the broader Microsoft cloud ecosystem.

• Supervise the execution of Microsoft-based transformation, migration, and security enhancement projects within a managed services framework.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including cloud engineers, security specialists, and SOC resources, to ensure the successful implementation of Microsoft technology initiatives.

• Ensure Microsoft technology projects are delivered according to the agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Act as a central coordination point among clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors for Microsoft-related projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within a managed services or cybersecurity context.

• A project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is highly preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of managed security services, including SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, and cloud security solutions.

• Experience in managing projects that involve the deployment and integration of cybersecurity technologies.

• Proven track record of handling multiple concurrent projects for clients while balancing conflicting priorities.

• Client-facing experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

• Familiarity with SOC processes and other cybersecurity operations environments.

• Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate across departments to ensure successful project execution.

• Experience with agile or scrum methodologies is a plus.

• Background in managing projects involving Microsoft technologies, particularly within Microsoft Azure and Microsoft cloud-based settings.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting Microsoft transformation, migration, or platform modernization initiatives.

• Understanding of Microsoft identity, cloud, and security services from a project delivery and coordination standpoint.
