This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Deliver specialized project management for global rollouts of Cority’s EHS and Quality software solutions.
• Oversee multiple large-scale and intricate projects involving various stakeholders.
• Manage all stages of projects in line with the Cority Implementation Methodology.
• Ensure the fulfillment of deliverables as outlined in the methodology and the customer project plan.
• Cultivate relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Set client expectations regarding effort, timeline, and project expenses.
• Collaborate with the Cority sales team to ascertain customer needs and assist in precise engagement scoping.
• Facilitate change orders along with the related efforts and costs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Professional Services Consultants, Developers, and client personnel.
• Manage change processes and relay client impacts effectively.
• Create and sustain comprehensive project schedules.
• Oversee and regulate deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
• Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and challenges.
• Conduct status meetings and convey project updates to stakeholders.
• Pinpoint opportunities to expedite project advancement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline.
• PMP certification will be regarded favorably.
• EHSQ experience will be viewed positively.
• Preferred experience in drafting Statements of Work along with associated efforts and costs.
• Self-motivated and quick learner capable of thriving in a high-paced atmosphere.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Capacity to function in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary project delivery environment.
• Commitment to excellence.
• Ability to swiftly develop a technical understanding of customer solutions.
• Willingness to travel (5%).
• Background in project management.
• Preferably experienced in software within a client-facing context.
