Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive life cycle projects.

• Strategizing and managing project timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and customer interactions, including expectation management and feedback collection.

• Creating and obtaining approval for project documentation, such as plans and technical documents.

• Leading and coordinating project teams while collaborating with various stakeholders.

• Managing tasks with attention to detail, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines, and accepting final results.

• Preparing presentation materials and reports, offering in-depth performance analysis and development suggestions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in managing technology projects.

• Familiarity and experience within the fintech and cryptocurrency sectors.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Strong process-oriented mindset and a thorough understanding of project management techniques, methodologies, and best practices.

• Operational and analytical thinking with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
