Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Utilize AI-powered project management and analytical tools to facilitate planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes.

• Employ predictive analytics, trend analysis, and scenario modeling to foresee risks, delays, and limitations in resources.

• Manage projects that involve AI-driven, data-centric, or digital healthcare solutions, ensuring they meet scope, regulatory standards, and client expectations.

• Promote the use of automation, intelligent reporting, and AI-enhanced monitoring tools to enhance project delivery.

• Evaluate project performance through data dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and AI-generated performance insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• PMP or an equivalent certification.

• 3–5 years of project management experience in service or healthcare settings.

• Background in digital, data-driven, or software implementation projects.

• Experience with AI-related or analytics-focused projects is highly advantageous.

• Strong skills in project management including planning, execution, and risk management.

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).

• Comprehensive understanding of AI/ML principles, such as supervised/unsupervised learning, predictive modeling, and intelligent automation.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).

• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks, emphasizing transparency, auditability, and risk management.
