Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.

📋 Description

• Ensure the project remains aligned with timelines, scope, and budgetary constraints.

• Act as a liaison among all project stakeholders to maintain clear communication and alignment.

• Monitor, report, and prepare pertinent data for our clients, financial department, and management.

• Ensure adherence to project methodologies and standard operating procedures in a manner that adds value for our clients.

• Assist in coordinating all aspects from project scoping to daily operations, risk management, and beyond.

• Contribute to the enhancement of the Project Management Unit and various internal improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience (generally a minimum of 5 years) in leading medium to large-scale implementation projects, encompassing both greenfield and brownfield efforts.

• Familiarity with SAP implementations will be regarded as a plus.

• Possession of any of the following certifications: Prince2, PMP, SAP Activate Project Manager, Agile Practitioner, as well as Scrum Master and/or SAFe certification is seen as advantageous.

• Experience operating within Scrum and SAFe frameworks.

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, SAP CALM, etc.).

• A friendly demeanor with the capacity to engage with everyone from C-level executives to junior team members, while embodying the qualities of a mindful servant leader.

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets while balancing multiple projects and their respective streams.

• Experience in vendor management and overseeing contractual obligations.
