Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, implementation, monitoring, and conclusion phases of clinical study management.

• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality services and study results within the defined scope.

• Collect and convert customer requirements into actionable strategies for internal teams.

• Create and uphold study documentation, reports, and processes for data archiving.

• Coordinate the distribution and tracking of equipment.

• Supervise study timelines and manage budgets, revenue projections, scope adjustments, and invoice reconciliations.

• Identify potential study risks, suggest mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as necessary.

• Handle communications, negotiations, and relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Organize resources and foster a positive team atmosphere.

• Apply structured problem-solving techniques to address client concerns and maintain issue tracking.

• Represent study services during client meetings, including investigator and site initiation meetings.

• Assist in the onboarding and training of new Project Management team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in project management or a related discipline.

• 1–4 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical, clinical, or related sectors.

• Familiarity with the drug development lifecycle and clinical trial procedures.

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in effective communication in English.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.

• Detail-oriented with proven responsiveness and accountability.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Valid passport and a willingness to travel up to approximately 20%.
