This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within the defined scope, budget, and quality benchmarks.

• Create and track schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and project KPIs.

• Establish governance structures and lead regular review meetings with both technical and executive teams.

• Act as the liaison between business units, technology teams, and external partners, ensuring stakeholder alignment.

• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to guarantee the smooth delivery of project outcomes.

• Lead communications with executives and provide updates on project progress to leadership.

• Utilize agile, hybrid, or traditional methodologies as needed based on the project requirements.

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex digital transformation initiatives.

• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams.

• Familiarity with agile and/or hybrid project management methodologies.

• Exceptional leadership, organizational, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.

• Experience with ServiceNow implementations is a plus.

• Possession of project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or SAFe is advantageous.
