Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in defining and maintaining the product roadmap for products currently undergoing parallel development;

• Contribute to the strategy for the sequential rollout of software releases;

• Organize release deliveries for deployment;

• Aid in the prioritization of the product backlog;

• Support project coordinators in planning, executing, and controlling projects; track sprint progress to ensure commitments are fulfilled regarding schedule, cost, and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in the application domain and software development;

• Strong analytical abilities and expertise in risk management, estimation, planning, and decision-making analysis;

• Effective presentation, communication, and negotiation skills;

• Demonstrated leadership qualities and the capacity to nurture team spirit;

• Proficient time management and triage skills, with a history of making sound decisions swiftly under pressure;

• Excellent interpersonal skills and sound judgment in personnel selection;

• Be objective in defining and assessing work, ensuring active participation from the entire team in co-creating plans;

• Strive to enhance the product to fulfill the expectations of the business owner and the customer;

• Knowledgeable in project management principles;

• Familiarity with the following frameworks/practices:

• Scrum;

• SAFe;

• Lean Kanban;

• Lean Startup;

• Project Model Canvas.
