This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +24 more states.
β’ Oversee the entire project management lifecycle for client projects, which includes reporting, resource allocation, demand management, risk assessment, budgeting, scheduling, and the coordination of project activities and daily operations.
β’ Supervise several project teams, manage resource assignments, track project task deadlines, and prioritize activities in line with customer needs and service level agreements (SLAs).
β’ Act as the main point of contact and the first escalation point during the project lifecycle, utilizing extensive knowledge and experience to provide expert consultation and advice on technology and best practices.
β’ Create comprehensive, detailed project plans that encompass schedules, budgets, team member responsibilities, project goals, and timelines.
β’ Examine contracts and purchase orders for all assigned projects to ensure adherence to the agreements established during the sales process.
β’ Implement project monitoring systems to confirm that projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet contract specifications.
β’ Collaborate with Customer Success, Customer Services, Customer Support, Information Services (IS), and Product teams to dissect complex technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, identify solutions, and communicate effectively with management and the customer.
β’ Consult with customers and project teams to understand all team activities, identify special customer needs, desired outcomes, necessary software tools, and any budgetary or other requirements, ensuring projects are managed according to the contract.
β’ Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, effectively communicate with a diverse range of technical and non-technical audiences, and prepare and deliver briefing materials to staff, executives, and federal customers.
β’ Guide the progress of operational and customer projects, set project milestones, and regularly monitor project status, overseeing all project activities and workflows while prioritizing the tasks of direct staff.
β’ Provide resources and oversight for the project management lifecycle and special services projects, including aiding other team members in developing, monitoring, and managing established projects and programs.
β’ Organize end-user and administrative training sessions for customer stakeholders, working directly with the Product Enablement Team to facilitate customer training and adoption.
β’ Conduct project-level and just-in-time after-action reviews and plans to address customer feedback at the project level.
β’ Identify opportunities to enhance departmental efficiency and reduce costs through streamlined operations.
β’ At least 5+ years of direct customer-facing experience with SaaS processes and technologies.
β’ A minimum of 2+ years of project management experience in deploying enterprise projects and technology products.
β’ Proven experience in stakeholder management, relationship management, and software implementation.
β’ Practical experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, NetSuite Suite Projects Pro).
β’ Capable of obtaining and maintaining a DoD Secret, Public Trust, or higher clearance.
β’ US Citizenship (non-dual) is required.
β’ Preferred Qualification:
β’ Experience managing Government projects.
β’ Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
β’ MBA with relevant business experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
