Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Plan, implement, and deliver projects assigned to you.

• Manage projects according to defined scope and contractual obligations.

• Lead and oversee project delivery from its initial phase to completion.

• Collaborate with matrixed partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Update key stakeholders on the initiatives assigned to you.

• Maintain communication across various teams and management levels.

• Establish and uphold project documentation along with necessary PMO artifacts.

• Define, monitor, and report on project milestones using integrated project plans.

• Manage project scope, timelines, costs, quality, risks, and issues effectively.

• Publish regular updates on project status.

• Engage stakeholders regarding key deliverables.

• Lead weekly project team meetings and periodic stakeholder discussions.

• Monitor and manage project budgets for resource hours and internal expenses.

• Collaborate with different departments to achieve project objectives.

• Suggest improvements for project delivery and the PMO department.

• Manage time and priorities to meet deadlines effectively.

• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.

• Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least three years of experience managing software development and/or IT technology projects, or equivalent experience.

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.

• Preferred experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, or healthcare hub services industries.

• Management consulting experience is preferred.

• PMP or CAPM certification(s) are preferred.

• Ability to gain the trust of sponsors, key stakeholders, and clients.

• Ability to inspire and mobilize teams.

• Ability to set direction and approach effectively.

• Ability to resolve conflicts as they arise.

• Ability to navigate an organization with a matrix structure efficiently.

• Ability to deliver difficult messages with professionalism.

• Ability to identify and eliminate obstacles.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in establishing and delivering multiple projects.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.

• Influencing skills are essential.

• Experience in stakeholder management.

• Proficient presentation skills.

• Ability to execute tasks with limited information and in ambiguous situations.

• Strong foundational project management skills, encompassing multiple aspects of PMBOK.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes, including SDLC and Agile Framework.

• Preferred familiarity with healthcare and technical project delivery.

• Ability to work Monday to Friday during standard work hours in the EST time zone.

• Willingness to travel for project-related client meetings and training as necessary.
