Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Oversee project management functions including project planning, development of work breakdown structures, and control of change management.

• Manage the scope across all stages of the project life cycle.

• Ensure precise program estimates, timelines, project plans, and status updates are maintained.

• Guarantee the accomplishment of project milestones.

• Direct the execution of multiple projects or manage a complete program.

• Serve as the primary communicator to both internal and external stakeholders regarding expectations, solutions, and prioritization.

• Capable of engaging professionally with a diverse range of developers, product owners, and subject matter experts.

• Gains insights from project retrospectives and integrates the learnings into future initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in project management.

• Over 3 years of proven experience in executing full-cycle ERP implementation projects.

• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP implementations.

• Experience with Suite Success methodology.

• PMP certification is advantageous.

• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential for success in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

• Demonstrates initiative and self-motivation while delivering high-quality work and meeting all deadlines for both internal and external stakeholders.
