Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of escalation for intricate front-of-funnel operational challenges, collaborating with Sales and Operations teams to determine solutions and advance accounts.

• Proactively assess the pipeline for projects that are aging, stagnant, or at risk, and address issues hindering progress.

• Directly engage with customers to gather necessary documents, clarify outstanding items, address concerns, and remove account-level obstacles.

• Serve as a subject matter expert throughout the front-end project pipeline.

• Ensure clear, precise, and thorough account documentation is maintained in Salesforce, Enerflo, and other required systems.

• Coordinate next steps across departments, uphold accountability, and advance projects within designated timelines.

• Identify recurring operational challenges, process deficiencies, and trends impacting Ready to Schedule volume or installation targets.

• Escalate systemic issues and significant risks to leadership when they influence performance, customer experience, or installation metrics.

• Stay updated on lender requirements, internal processes, system modifications, and operational policies.

• Adapt and acquire new processes as business needs and operational demands evolve.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• 1-3+ years of experience in sales operations, account management, or a similar escalation/support role.

• Experience in the solar or home services industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with Enzy, Merdeka, Salesforce, Enerflo, or comparable sales/CRM platforms is highly preferred.

• Strong problem-solving abilities for diagnosing complex system, process, and deal-related challenges.

• Exceptional organizational skills for managing and prioritizing a large volume of escalations.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Capable of managing cross-functional partners and de-escalating concerns.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.

• Capacity to talk or hear, sit or stand regularly, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

• Close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
