Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders, both external and internal.

• Manage project development from start to finish, which includes handling permits, material delivery, contracting, and overseeing subcontractors.

• Comprehend project scope and ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.

• Maintain installation timelines and coordinate task scheduling with other trades.

• Resolve project challenges and involve the necessary resources to minimize impacts.

• Plan and schedule engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities for assigned projects.

• Handle multiple projects of varying sizes across the Southeast independently.

• Oversee project budgets and ensure project profitability.

• Manage and implement project change orders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in security and project management is required.

• Capability to engage effectively with all levels of management.

• Candidates should possess technical aptitude, strong written and verbal communication skills, self-motivation, reliability to work with minimal supervision, and a willingness to learn.

• Experience in the construction sector and security industry is essential.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint) is required.

• Solid technical understanding of relevant technologies and tools, such as access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems.

• Experience with LenelS2 and Milestone is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking is necessary.
