Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee operational projects, program optimization initiatives, special projects, technology product implementations, new implementations, and medium to high complexity local country implementations, along with account de-implementations for global accounts.

• Manage multiple countries simultaneously when necessary.

• Define, plan, analyze, initiate, execute, monitor, and control projects utilizing project management methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Complete projects within budget constraints while actively managing project expenses.

• Collaborate closely with Finance to monitor project budgets throughout the lifecycle.

• Achieve project objectives within set timeframes and resource allocations while meeting defined scope and quality standards.

• Ensure that performance metrics align with departmental and project Service Level Agreements.

• Utilize global, regional, and local resources across various departments and functions.

• Foster effective and continuous communication with project participants and key client stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a recognized project management position within the travel industry.

• Experience in personnel management.

• Basic understanding of GDS systems and front/mid/back office agency operations.

• Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with Smartsheet is preferred.

• Capability to manage a complex project ratio of 25–50% or higher.

• Professional, concise, and mature written and verbal communication abilities.

• Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt, PMP, or other project management certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
