Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee 5–10 simultaneous projects that include platform upgrades and enterprise implementations, with an average size ranging from $100k to $200k+.

• Ensure excellence in delivery within the Adobe (Marketo, Workfront, AEM Assets) and Salesforce environments.

• Act as the principal liaison among internal technical teams, external partners, and high-level enterprise clients.

• Uphold rigorous project performance within designated margins by directly managing project budgets, resource allocation, and revenue reporting for both implementations and ongoing services.

• Employ Kantata (PSA) and Jira to monitor delivery metrics, resource distribution, and overall project health.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital or technology project management, particularly within a digital agency, IT consultancy, or professional services setting.

• Demonstrated success in managing more than 5 concurrent technology implementation projects at the same time.

• Direct experience overseeing enterprise implementation projects within the Adobe ecosystem (Marketo, Workfront, AEM, etc.) or Salesforce environment.

• Proven responsibility for managing project budgets, tracking margins, and evaluating P&L performance.

• Strong expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with practical experience using Jira and PSA tools (such as Kantata/Mavenlink).
