This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee medium-to-large technology projects from inception to completion utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Create and uphold project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage project resources and activities across various internal teams
• Monitor project advancement, identify potential risks, and escalate issues as necessary
• Assist in project financial tracking, forecasting, and budget oversight
• Facilitate project meetings, sprint ceremonies, status updates, and communications with stakeholders
• Ensure projects meet scope, timelines, and client expectations
• Record lessons learned and pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements
• Lead and conduct Agile ceremonies, including refinement meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Act as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach to promote Agile best practices
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to define, prioritize, and refine backlogs
• Monitor Agile team performance metrics and encourage iterative value delivery
• Cultivate relationships with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams
• Coordinate with Network, Operations, Cybersecurity, and Service Delivery teams
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and milestones clearly
• Assist in resolving project roadblocks, fostering cross-functional collaboration, governance, and compliance
• Share project management best practices with colleagues and junior team members
• Provide onboarding and mentorship for new project managers
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in IT project management
• Proven experience in managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or Lean principles
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional technical teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in managing project schedules, risks, budgets, and deliverables
• Proficient in ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira, or Microsoft Project
• Capability to handle multiple projects and priorities concurrently
• Preferred exposure to Agile transformation or PMO process improvement initiatives
• Experience in supporting cloud or infrastructure-related projects is preferred
• PMP certification is preferred
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP certification is preferred
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification is preferred
• Ability to sit, stand, and bend for the duration of the shift
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs

• Fully remote position
• Starting salary of $95,000 per year
