This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of creative and marketing initiatives, encompassing intake, scoping, briefing, scheduling, resource allocation, production, review, and delivery across various channels including presentation, digital, print, video, social media, and events.

• Manage and continuously enhance the team's Wrike platform (request forms, workflows, blueprints, dashboards, proofing/approval routing, and reporting) while training team members and stakeholders on best practices.

• Take ownership of the creative services intake and workflow process (Creative Queue) to ensure efficient resource management, accurate prioritization, and timely delivery.

• Develop and maintain realistic project timelines that incorporate compliance, legal, and brand review cycles essential in a regulated insurance setting.

• Guide creative assets through the established compliance review process; monitor necessary disclosures and approvals while maintaining audit-ready documentation and version control.

• Act as the main liaison between ACS and stakeholders across Arrowhead Intermediaries, including Marketing strategists and the Programs, Wholesale, and Specialty divisions, setting clear expectations regarding scope, timing, and deliverables.

• Assess team capacity and workload; proactively identify resourcing conflicts and collaborate with the VP of Marketing & Creative Services to prioritize competing demands.

• Facilitate collaboration with external agencies and freelancers to augment in-house capabilities.

• Conduct status meetings, disseminate project updates, and proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies for leadership review.

• Assist in the establishment and continuous enhancement of standards for work quality, process efficiency, and timely project delivery within ACS.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience in a creative, marketing, or agency setting.

• Practical experience in managing projects within Wrike, including request forms, workflows, dashboards, and proofing/approval functionalities.

• Background in a regulated industry (insurance or financial services preferred), with an understanding of legal and compliance review processes.

• Proven ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects with overlapping deadlines.

• Strong grasp of creative production processes across print, digital, video, email, and web, including print production and vendor management.

• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly concerning regulatory disclosures, versioning, and documentation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
