This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Lead projects independently from the planning phase through implementation, stabilization, and operational transition.
• Create and oversee project plans, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and communication strategies.
• Ensure accountability and transparency by maintaining project documentation, issue logs, decision logs, and action items.
• Facilitate coordination among cross-functional business and technology teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Oversee project activities that involve external vendors, consultants, and strategic partners, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Spearhead initiatives related to EMR platforms, Salesforce, enterprise applications, integrations, automation, data migrations, and emerging technologies.
• Assist in the implementation of AI-driven tools and solutions that enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and user experience.
• Contribute to the development and ongoing refinement of project management methodologies, standards, templates, reporting practices, and delivery processes.
• Foster stakeholder engagement, organizational change management, training coordination, and user adoption.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Over 5 years of project management experience leading technology, healthcare, operational, or enterprise initiatives.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
• Experience in delivering technology or business transformation projects that include EMR/EHR platforms, Salesforce, enterprise applications, integrations, automation, data migration, AI-enabled solutions, or process enhancement.
• Preferred background in healthcare services, healthcare technology, payer/provider, or life sciences.
• Experience in supporting mergers, acquisitions, business integrations, or post-acquisition technology and operational transitions is a plus.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or a related project management certification is advantageous.
